I think we have a acquisition/merger on our hands and we get word tonight that we are buying XYZ inc that's currently listed. I tend to agree with Chiinkwia that the 8K does state the shares were issued today. Don't see how this flies without it. We would only need all these votes in the case that there was instantly a lot more other voters out there... and if we buy a NASDAQ company, those votes are out there.

Also, there's the S3 Effective yesterday, so the money is on tap to make such a purchase. The board of directors is in place, the independent audit committee, the lawyer group that specialized in mergers and the comment from Nelson about buying someone in the "public equity" space.

That's a lot of dots to connect I know, but Today's 8K simply says, new class of stock being born, issued upon listing on NASDAQ capital markets, and carries on to state that exact amount was "issued" to Nelson...Today.

This all isn't bad news... I know that for sure...
