2C, from what I have found about the buyer, they have been on somewhat of a buying spree, or at least searching high and low. If you do an advanced Google search or just tyope it in as this "North-West Oil Group" you will find a few interesting tidbits. They appear to be tight with the current administration. Make sure to use the quotations.
