I'm having a hard time understanding this.

If GLGI is set to announce great earnings (or an AB contract), then Kruger has set himself up to be nailed for insider trading...unless you believe that he knows nothing about last Q's earnings 4 days before they're supposed to be released.

If GLGI is set to announce terrible earnings, then why in the world would Kruger be buying beforehand?

What am I missing?
