For a long time now people have been talking about this run...breaking that magical .10. Again, with all the promise being preached, why are we still in the 5's?

I'm still holding, but starting to question why? Why no real details on the agreements with coo or intl. supposedly details will come on the 30th with regards to the share reduction. Hope some details come soon??!!?!?!
