Debt Capital for Growth Companies
We intend to focus on making secured and unsecured debt investments in growth companies primarily in the technology, healthcare, life sciences and energy industries. Within these industries, we intend to primarily make debt investments in privately held growth companies across various stages of development, including early, later and growth stage companies, more established companies and lower middle market companies. We may also make debt investments in select publicly traded companies that could benefit from growth capital. We may also invest in equity and equity-related securities.
