yea, but $500k and 1 million shares to be President of an OTCQB company is outrageous. How much was Pane getting to be CEO?

Plus Hertell Group (which Hdertell is the sole member and officer) got 9 million shares to consult to uspr, who has Hertell as President. How can someone consult for a company he is President of.
