Personally and its a like shot. Internet retail needs a brick and mortar presence. AMZN is a monster! And at some point they will stop being able to grow. And that is just one example. I believe that is the opportunity for the infrastructure that RSH has. Instant presence and it would be good for them and of course for RSH.

Now I am no fool and there is reason for concern for playing the long side. But, this thing could go a lot of ways. Why the Thursday deadline on the loan/BK package? Because they know what I know and want it inked. And if it is inked iIstill don't know why they would wash commons who hold such a small stake although obviously they are vieing for the lions share.

Just my opinion.
