Everyone is free to vote as they wish. My hair brain plan is to send a message with my vote. If it somehow doesn't get approved and we run out of money then I loose. Mike looses his annual $250K also. I'm willing to go down with the ship...its not like I have much more to loose anyway, what another dime? Mike on the other hand will loose his handsomely paid cushy job.

Looks like someone might be reading the boards. The timing of the PR is suspect.

Anyway just bitter and venting...years of this company seeming to want to break out and in the end going nowhere. Lost opportunities abound waiting for a miracle here. We shall see how many here agree when the votes are tallied.
