PUPS does not bring up NEOM MicroPaint in their sales pitch to potential franchisees. Their response when asked about it, is, "you have to talk directly with NEOM MicroPaint.
Yet, you can see MicroPaint technology on the Chinese web sites that PUPS lists on their company site.
By the volume of shares traded I know almost no one here is buying or selling PUPS shares lately. I continue to accumulate. Now that the volume has really dried up the ask gets dropped but orders at the ask do not get filled. I get 10% fill and then nothing. I believe MMs are short, having filled probably every buy over $.024 with shares they did not have, assuming cheap shares would come their way sooner than later. They will make up for those shares in the midst of the heavy trading that will come sooner than later.
Can anyone give a good reason why NEOM would dividend PUPS stock that is worth less than the total cost of the PR to announce it and the administration to deliver it? I still believe it was a "heads ups" to own PUPS.
