I not sure that I follow your thinking on that. Why would Manzo go through the trouble of setting up MNZO just to merge with Celprogen? I mean Manzo has had a relationship with Jay Sharma for years already, why would he do something like that? Perhaps to make Celprogen a public company of sorts? If so then, yes that would be huge.
