For Radio Shack to survive, their business model needs a complete make over.

Its sad, but Radio Shack is done.

Not sure how you can say both of those statements together they are contradictory.

RSH is done IF they cannot figure out a way to squeeze a profit out of the billions they generate in revenue. So far, the lenders have done everything they can to block RSHs success and its clear everyone but RSH wants them to file Chapter 11.

RSH can survive if they can close the unprofitable stores and lower overhead costs (yes executives - you should get a pay cut here).
