IJJP CONNECTION TO: the Canadian government is launching a $1.3 Billion free market in Medical Marijuana to provide services for an expected 450,000 Canadians with quality weed. Health Canada is phasing out an older system that was called the Marihuana Medical Access Regulations (MMAR) program with the new Marihuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) program.
