Gotta respond to Pepe's post regarding pics.....if you read the text right above the pics on the AVEW board page, you will notice that is says New Spa retail store and corporate office. It could be that the first picture was taken of an incorrect location for the spa store or that they were considering that space at one time but then changed their minds. All remaining pics are of the corporate office....and you are correct that the store front is not that wide.....but simple observation of all remaining pics shows that the office space goes back pretty far and there are actually offices on BOTH sides of the hallway.

Pepe, you should know that you cannot "predict" office space/footprint solely on the dimensions of a store front. Retail office space isn't always in the shape of a square or rectangle. It can branch out in multiple directions as is the case here.

Unless you actually took the time to walk into the office and look around in addition to taking more pictures, your so-called DD proves absolutely nothing.
