$1.00 is a asking price, there are no guarantees they will get it and based on what this company currently has to offer no one would be willing to offer anything above current PPS. They also include percentage fallbacks down to .25 which is still ridiculous. You may be correct about the R/S but it will not happen for at least 30 days after filed.
