Smart investors don't buy into share selling scams like PLKD!

When you see a company that raises $400,000 in toxic convertible notes and then see that they only produced $5,200 in sales while the Officers took $386,000 in salaries not counting daily expense reimbursements, you know that the only reason for the distance of this company is to sell shares in order to line the Officer's pockets.

Can you imagine diluting shareholder valuations by 4.3 billion shares to produce $5,200 in sales?

Oh yes, and that $5,200 cost over $10,000 to produce!

The dozen or so blatantly false and misleading press releases that I have pointed out only support my facts!
