Wouldn't everyone love to see the Colorado river return in full force. Recreate a thousnd mile bayou! Have all the plants, fish, trees return to what is now desert. Oil isn't going to get that done. Solar will get it done. And that is one river that's been drained to produce power, and other thing of course, like food. But if we could return just 2% of the natural flow it would change everything.
