Len - here's a question - if my wild card stock becomes "VMC eliglble" DURING PSL3 (i.e. a profitable pinkie moves to the otcbb, or a not-yet profitable otcbb stock posts a quarterly profit), can I trade one of my other stocks into a NEW wild card stock?
