I think PEIX did the right thing on merging for growth but it is a wrong timing when gas is plunging. This is the reason i sold my stock at $20+ because you can only squeeze so much on plant but merging will have more growth. Im planning to reinvest again but im afraid i dont see yet the botttom of the pit due to gasoline continue to go down.
