Still a POS? Looks that way it seems. Weren't we supposed to be at above a $1 in 2014 or something? All those BS claims and absolutely nothing. Perfect example of a scam penny stock.

It depends on whether you are talking about SCRC the company or SCRC the investment. They have been two completely different things.

SCRC the company has always been a “to be determined”, as are most development stage enterprises trying to find their identity and prove their business model. And to that end, it seems that they may have finally turned the corner and are on their way to establishing themselves.

SCRC the investment has been a completely different story. Up until a few weeks ago in early-DEC’14 (which means that anyone who bought in prior to Q3’14 is likely underwater), the investment aspect of SCRC has very much been a POS – but, in all fairness, it has performed like a POS not because of anything it did, but rather because of what JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his core group of criminal Section 17(b)-violating associates hyped and packaged “the investment” to be: Something it was NOT.

Those who recognized SCRC as a high-risk speculative gamble that required active risk-management have either made serious bank or kept their losses minimal and manageable during the turbulent 18+ months that have brought us to where we are now.

Those who were not aware that there were non-disclosing paid promoters who were flooding the public message boards posing as “regular retail joes”, and were not aware that these individuals colluded with each other in their posting activity, and – most importantly – were not aware that these criminals (yes, that means YOU, JOEY Z, along with your core group of obedient yes-men) had deep and significant financial conflicts of interest in getting as many people as possible to buy THEIR stock that they were unloading… …well, they unfortunately trusted the wrong people who encouraged them to not just buy BUT HOLD AND NEVER SELL/TRADE, and believed that they were buying stock in a rock-solid “slam dunk” “can’t miss” company with one false catalyst after another being touted as being “imminent”. So for these poor souls, SCRC “the investment” has very much been a POS.

It’s pretty much as simple as that.

But the investor base is broadening now that these discounted shares belonging to legitimate financiers as well as criminal promoters/financiers (yes, this again means YOU, JOEY Z) are being flushed out of the overhang on a much more accelerated rate. And the company’s business model has now been proven to be profitable, so the risk profile of SCRC “the investment” has very much become more palatable. When SCRC had not yet proven its business model, I recommended an acceptable risk-reward price level of .12. Now that the risk has gradually lessened as each of the “obstacles” I had listed previously in prior posts have been successfully overcome, the acceptable risk-reward price level has also risen (what exactly this new level is for me is still TBD and will in large part be determined by where this current run takes its first “breather” and how the sp reacts to this breather).

Both traders and long-term investors have opportunities to make bank here – BUT only if they continue to actively manage their investment. Until SCRC uplists to a senior exchange, simply buying and holding is a death sentence that should NEVER be practiced in pennyland. ANYONE who ever suggests it should be viewed with extreme caution and skepticism.
