Mr. Diwan is having trouble filing his Form 4's as well....he's including options as if they have already been converted into shares.
He also doesn't seem to know whether he holds shares directly or indirectly. This time he shows them directly owned by himself. In his last filing he showed the reported shares owned by AllExcell Inc., resulting in him owning them indirectly. In the filing prior to that he reported his holdings as being directly owned.

He's not supposed to do the hokey pokey with his holdings without reporting that he's transferring the shares back and forth.
