Guys- watch your step with this one. Most RS's don't work and usually the PPS will decline after it occurs for many reasons. IMO I doubt they will be able to raise capital here and if they do it's more than likely they will sell shares in exchange of $cash that will then turn around and start selling them-which will undermine your thoughts of going LONG GREEN and making $. IMO once PR's start to fly you'll see volume alright but the kind you don't want- don't be confused on that-that's someone who acquired them from the company in exchange for that cash and is going to dump them as fast as they can before PPS slides down to recover their money injected to reduce their risk-exposure as well. IMO you will be on an elevator ride going down. Good news PR's are irrelevant.

Ask these questions to yourself. Why do they need to go public if they are allegedly next to the most AMAZING LEASES in the Permian? There are plenty of people out there with plenty of money and why can't they secure that money? Think about it...something isn't adding up here.

There is not sufficient data out there on Amazing Energy to the untrained or uniformed. I've spoken to the Texas Railroad Commission and other states and have determined exactly how many wells they have in Texas and elsewhere along with any production numbers. Any issuance of shares after the RS is pure dilution and the PPS will steadily erode here...it always does. It's very difficult to raise capital out there and these types of very small companies when they release news more than likely will not cause the PPS to swing higher and stay there IMO it will decline. They are thinly traded which means no exposure like Nasdaq, NYSE nor AMEX with larger common shareholders moving money around in and out there will not be liquidity which will be your undoing. RS's always benefits the owners but rarely does common shareholders any good-actually you usually lose your money invested IMO.

Very very rarely do companies stock benefit at this level with RS's...I've seen this hundreds if not 1000's of times. Regardless of any good news stocks like this sink normally. I hope that you guys watch your step and heed this advice. I'm keeping eyes on this.
