Until MMJ is rescheduled, and legalization takes a stronger foothold in states, and the country as a whole, the entire sector is going to remain "untouched" by a majority of the big investors and lenders. For that reason, big money is still too skeptical to make big moves and consequently companies with a strong infrastructure won't see appealing profit margins necessary to justify a positive surge in PPS.
