1. Capital Raising – Private Placement.
We are now a revenue generating, producing and profit making mining company. We have some of the wealthiest, most successful and influential investors in the world on our board. We no longer need $10 million but will pursue a much smaller 1 – 1.5 million capital raising. This means we will not dilute the current shareholders by selling another 10 million in stock. We are doing well enough that we can operate on our own. Again, this exceeds our expectations.

Eddie Sugar has raised tens of billions for exploration mining companies. We are now a PRODUCING MINING COMPANY WITH REVENUES AND PROFITS. Raising a million to a million half will not be a problem.
