This is where i have a problem. It doesn't take this long to get a patent. Maybe two years at the most, depending on the concept. A new line of an automobile brand or a new innovation in energy may take years to patent but not this!
I have a patent myself. It took six months for the patent office to notify me that the concept i was
patenting had not been filed by anyone else and no one was coming forward to object to my patent.
But then they found a farmer had patented a product similar to but not at all like the product i wanted
to patent.It took another year with my attorney going back and forth with the patent office,but we finally got the patent.
IMO FSPM knew a year ago if they had passed the first part of the patent process and not a word!
This is where i have a problem. I hate that transparency word but come on now,whats really happening here.
