Regardless, I don't think Primco can be held responsible as the "boyfriend" made claims to owning the "masters" and dealt with Primco. Primco stands to lose any money they fronted to the "boyfriend" if the case is lost, and stands to gain substantially (monetarily and clout) if the case is won. JMO.
