If anyone has spent over 9 months like myself doing intelligent DD, GeoTraq is filled with many "pros" including margins, technology, experience, lack of competition, etc.
However, the biggest and only "con" I see isn't with the company itself, it's the impatience of some investors.

You wouldn't want to eat a pizza thats only half baked would you? Have patience til it's ready to come out of the oven before you judge the quality.
