I've received acres of land in a rainforest for a dividend(I'm not kidding, don't even remember the symbol as it was about 8 years ago) and I've received spinoff companies and I've received cash dividends all from penny stock companies. This is my first receipt of preferred shares. They don't have the cash to give out as a dividend and if they did, then even chumps with 50000 shares would get some money. I think this is a great way to reward people with a little more faith. Like you said, it could be a 0% dividend, but in the miracle world of Bitcoin prices hitting $1000 and revenues jumping right away as soon as servers are turned on, it could be a giant dividend. I mean at .001, you get a 200% dividend off an initial $500 investment. I would think we could manage .001 per share a year from now, if not, rocket gets to tell us all "I told you so"
