Private placement closed, raising $1.22M at $1 CA.

Public records on Sedar show this was the same group of investors (Numus Financial) that brought Graphene 3D Lab public last year at .25/share.

Those .25 shares apparently have never been sold (at least not that I can find) and they've now invested at a 300% higher price.

Might want to ask yourself why they would do this.
