Tim,

We will file an initial 510(k) application with the FDA prior to Beta Testing, as it is required by them. I expect the process to take between 6 to 9 months for approval worst case.

We will build the first 50 to 100 systems here in the US, using outsourced manufactures for the parts and Gantry frame. The x-ray source and detector are off the shelf items, though customized for our needs. We intend on partnering with an over-seas manufacturer, most likely in Korea, since they are still inexpensive, more reliable and stable society, honor US intelectual property and have similar FDA requirements when manufacturing medical equipment. Though we aren't married to any company or country, they must atleast meet our requirements for intellectual property protection and quality standards.

We may license to several manufactures, but it wouldn't work well with existing CT Technology, really complicated to explain in detail. What will work better is a license to distribute, non-exclusively to several medium market players, which I am meeting a few this month to discuss.

Thanks for spreading the word! It helps when others can understand the potential of the company and product and give their unbiased opinions.

I don't mind aliases... You have a great perspective and a cool logo.
