As a shareholder of nearly a million shares. Can anyone explain how to read this sec insiders page. It looks like Vanis and Mesaina sold 500k shares on thursday. But was buying all last yr. Is this good, bad or what. I'm kind of confused by it. Does he really own 47 mil shares?
