Scrc has NOT entered into any additional notes since Oct 22nd, 2013. All notes and converts have left the building

What in the world does this have to do with the topic being discussed: The existence of those 17M shares priced under .13 (not to mention the additional millions of shares priced over .13)?

No one is saying that SCRC entered into any new convert notes since 10/22/13. This is completely irrelevant. These shares I am referring to all unlocked beginning Q2’14 and later… …which means they were issued 6 months prior to unlocking… …which means that if they were issued in relation to convert notes, the underlying notes were issued in early/mid-2013. Duh…

since Dec 12th at .1097 to Jan 11th at .19+, almost 99% higher in 1 month.

And still down over 80% since JOSEPH ZAMPETTI and his core group of criminal non-disclosing promoters began urging others to buy… …why would anyone whose investment already lost quarters and dimes be thrilled just because at the historical low the stock gained pennies and a solitary nickel?
