not sure even if they did,, how successful they would be. If you read all the 8-k's in the last year, the most recent is KB selling all their assets. They would practically have to start over from scratch, and getting anywhere could take years. To me, if they would have kept all their assets and kept going as a company running in ch.11, I would say you might have something. I think this thing will just be played, so some might make a few bucks flipping in and out, most will lose.............
