Fan is "art of a deal". Think for one moment if this whole thing is part of a master plan. Someone has been eating up the shares in the MM's hand and if the RS is done, they would have taken up most of the float that was not long term investors.

I bet the employees will be back to work by next week and things will turn around because Fan is the master of the dealer in per say.
