You are correct and that is the proper way to do it, I will do as JC stick it out.

Maybe besides the lack of accounting and the fact that the company is only months old, it's an enigma and needs a CEO with more seasoning and experience, to motivate, negotiate, delegate, and run the day to day operation than Jose,, with out a key person that can run a 100 million dollar company this is a Lottery play with higher odds than Power ball. It's a gamble.

We have the potential to make a Shelby out of a Mustang we just need Carroll to design and engineer the vehicle to take us to Nasdaq
