IF a proxy appears post stamped 27-Jan, it can't have mystery proposals (aka past mystery factories). It ought to be hilarious to see what meaningless proposals appear.

When the SEC gets back to me on my question, I'll have to ask if reporting vote tallies are a requirement for proposals on a proxy. Or does it just apply for SEC filers? Jeffy doesn't want to give vote tallies. Just like he doesn't want to give out the BOZO/OBO numbers. It would destroy the great NSS conspiracy.
