Yes, I agree with Erko and I have been saying this for months...Baltia is NOT the first under the new rules!! And most of all they are not "ground breakers" that all others will follow. Yes, the feds move at a snails pace, but elections have consequences and it looks like the FAA budget will take another hit because of sequestration in the coming months...GLTA
