Could someone explain on the insider list why it is coming up with purchases at $19.00? As I had stated I just had discovered this stock last night. I see that it has a very large institutional holding from some major banks and investment groups. While I am new to investing, isn't that rather unusual for major banks to be in on stocks trading in pennies? I would think that is a positive sign that those major banks are willing, and continue to hold. Also, I have noticed talk about finance deals. What is the story behind this? And as someone had mentioned, the book value on this stock is over $2, so that alone provides a good guidance of where this stock could go!
