Understandable. 4-5 years is a long time... He has all the reasons to be excited. Form10 is done just waiting for the CL.

They have been trough a lot with this. And probably didn't know how complex it would be from the beginning. And looking in the mirror premature deadlines etc. has just made things worse. They shouldn't have mentioned it at any time just finished it and talked about it when it's done.
But we all know Eric's approach is to be transparent, like it or not, this is how he has chosen to manage the company.

The problem with the transparency is just, they leave out "info", so we (shareholders) get a wrong impression of what is really going on.

We should hear some more about the form10 this coming week, if not see it on EDGAR
