Keep in mind FCGD did 500 to 1 reverse, so this idea of a 93 bagger is misleading. In answer to your question all we can go by is track record. At DHS and FCGD under Parks leadership main source of financing was dilution. So it seems likely same will happen at SAGD. But if FCGD about to go bankrupt, maybe a merger makes sense and would be way for Parks to use SAGD shares to take on more debt faster as a reporting company.

I read on internet Parks is a "rising star" of mergers and acquisitions. Maybe he has experience that we don't know about.
