Look at sec.gov under Colorado Goldfields. The SEC correspondence and company responses all there. SEC very clearly requested numerous changes to company disclosures, which company agreed to. CFO I lucky SEC didn't look closer at this company. A lot pretty basic stuff the CFO didn't ever seem to understand.

CFO trying to use NI43-101 "report" as promotional tool was another example- they never had a real NI43-101 report. SEC commented about use of "NI-43101" "report" as well.

What I find interesting is in face of all evidence to contrary how many shareholders continued to want to believe CFO's projections, or instead of judging CFO on results blamed everyone else but CFO. He may have some ability, but he was in over his head trying to run a company especially a public one.
