I think I did not clarify well enough on this point. I am sorry not to elaborate so much because I have been researching too much too quickly. This is my understanding of HyperSolar's position, given most most recent finding:

We have colicensed two revolutionary patents with "The Regents Of The University Of California"

They are in control of the destiny of this project because they control the profit margins.

However, University of California Santa Barbara professor Nadir Dagli works now to establish SLTD as a breakout solar manufacturing corporation. They are purchasing the facilities to make these H2Gsnerator Systems, I believe.

Nadir Dagli is one of the listed coinventors listed in https://www.google.com/patents/WO2014039905A1

The other patent, for the overall Nanotechnology Archetecture, profit margins have to still be agreed upon for between UCSB Regents and HYSR Shareholders.

We have to establish our position as shareholders to receive adequate compensation for our Infellectual property. If we fight for dividends we will get them.

Nadir Dagli has patents beneficial for HYSR

UCSB has the parent listed for licensing as well
