I took the time to transcribe this excerpt from a document published last week with respect to LI, It should be considered with respect to the entire industry as you will see. It was written by someone completely separated from the company, let's call that a third party.

First, thanks for transcribing that excerpt. I appreciate your effort. The "in plain sight" excerpt you provided is indeed excellent news for VPLM.

In all fairness and for the sake of accuracy, however, I would say that the writer is not completely "separated" from the company.

I trust you are aware and have read VPLM's LI patent. You will notice that Otis L Thompson, Jr. is noted as the primary examiner for VPLM's patent (though Digifonica International is listed as the patent holder).

Assuming that the excerpt is Thompson's findings/opinion on the recent prior art submission (back in December) I think you can see what i'm getting at. Could I be wrong? Maybe. But I don't think I am.

Additionally, because of this history between VPLM and the writer, it is not truly fair to call this writer a 3rd party that is independent (and therefore unbiased). However, the writer is a 3rd party and his opinion does count for something in my book (and others).

Thanks again for providing this Message Board with your DD. You didn't have to but I'm sure many will find it VERY valuable.
