Interesting that there are lots of mentions of DKTS on Twitter this weekend, but all the links go to other iHub boards or other sites. Heck, nobody has even linked the recent news here that I've seen. I think they've realized that on here the BS gets called out quick (like a new "partnership" with a company with no record to be found, except an INACTIVE, revoked entity status with its state's SOS) so they're trying other avenues to lure in buyers.

I think this news was likely a bit "premature," but AP or his debt holders probably need to sell some shares so they had to release something to gin up some volume. They must know it's certainly not the news everyone has been looking for. No mention of the label approval status at all...

I'm going to reiterate my guess that we won't see COLA approval in January...
