It really never has? W/ the reduction of the outstanding shares that I see now just over 10 billion on scottrade, and of which was of 39 billion, that itself I feel tells me some of various reasons, some of them if you view the recent chart activity, the volume is there of some buying up those shares, so lets hope w/ this new fake named company we all may go for a local run..... just my own 2 cents. GLTU & GLTA
