Ron I gotta get going here. Read the PR 100% buyout means 100%. Remember the PR from yesterday? This is what everyone was expecting. There not gonna give us more than this. Their not gonna funrnish us with the finite details. I think this deal is moving faster than anyone was expecting. May 10th was a hypothetical IMO. It could very well come together over the week-end. Never know another PR may come out this afternoon. I wouldn't begin listening to all the doubters. I think this is a terrific little company and is being sold at a fair price. This time next year it will be worth alot more. In 2 years it will have paid for itself with the revenues it will generate. Happy Sailing!
