Subject: Questions for Kraig Labs

Hello Ben

The present price trading of Kraig Labs is making it very difficult to have faith in this company.

I have been an investor for many years and love the concept of being able making Spider Silk with silk worms.
The lack of company updates has been very concerning. I understand that you do not want competition to receive information that may benefit them however, the company needs to protect and build it's valuation to move forward.

My questions are

-The present silk worm facility can it be expanded to be able to produce metric ton quantifies.

-The new S-1/a was filled yesterday what was the amended change
from the S-1 that was filled in November 2014

-Is Susie still employed with Kraig Labs

-Last year as per press releases metric ton production should have been reached by mid year. Using the new screening protocol do you see having Metric ton production in the first quarter of 2015

-Vietnam is having difficulty approving the silk farm site, does kraig have an alternate site they are working on

Thanks

Hi XXXXX,

The lack of company updates has nothing to do with any strategy. The Company has been in a quiet period, which is forced on the Company by the regulators, as part of the S-1 filing process. It will remain in place until the S-1 filing is declared effective or the Company cancels the S-1 application.

The Company filed an S-1A yesterday, which is an amendment to the original S-1 and, based on the minor revisions, I suspect that we may see the regulators’ approval very soon.

My understanding is that the present silk worm facility could become the alternate production site, which can be expanded to produce metric ton quantities.

Yes, Susie is currently employed by Kraig Labs

The Company has not provided an update on metric ton production, but I suspect that will be one of the first topics that we will learn about when the Company is able to communicate again.

Best regards,

Ben Hansel

IMHO there will be lots of good news coming once the s-1/a is approved.
