Reality on these people is the following;

They have been around long enough to have this thing figured out.

What I mean to say is being in the business and having others not only in the spectrum that is required to facilitate different aspects that are required, as long as the mindset follows the business plan, everything should work out just fine.

As mindset is in fact the direction, as well as the destination, or checkpoints within the path to the mindset.
