I see a lot of reasons for them not to.
Its pretty apparent they are bringing ART to market on their own, look at the progress this year.
All insiders know what Elite has. and you won't see any major selling at a buck, one of them might buy a car or house, but I very confident 1 dollar is not any where close their target. Elite is going it alone for 1-4 ART products and insiders know it. New machinery is being installed daily, talk to IR.
What price will Elite be at with 3 ART products on the market, remember each one will come more rapidly than the previous one, factor in future rev's......... Price anyone?????

I suspect you may see insider sells around the time Elite receives a exuberant buy out offer.
