Fact 2) KMAG is not KMA Global Solutions, Inc, a Canada Corporation*
Fact 3) KMAG is not KMA Global Solutions (HK), a Hong Kong Corporation*
Fact 4) KMAG is not KMA Global Solutions (USA), Inc a Nevada Corporation*
Fact 5) KMAG is not 1175634 Ontario , Inc, a Canada Corporation*
Fact 6) The companies stated in Facts 2, 3, 4 and 5 own the Patent Rights, not KMAG*
Fact 7) The companies stated in Facts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are owned by the "former record shareholders" of those entities, not KMAG*
Fact 8) At the time fact 7 came to be, Reid was sole former record shareholder of those entities, meaning the companies in facts 2, 3, 4 and 5 are owned by Reid and not KMAG.*
Fact 9) KMAG does not "own" or have assigned rights to any of the Patents (refer to fact 6)
Fact 10) KMAG cannot make and/or sell Dual tag RFID/EAS tags without violating Reid's Patents.
Fact 11) KMAG cannot even make the machinery that makes the RFID or EAS labels with out violation of Reid's Patents.

KMAG has no assets except A loan to Reid. Reid cannot Bankrupt KMAG because a receiver would roast his nuts if he tried. Reid would love nothing more than for KMAG to fade away....along with his $1,739,041** Loan payable to KMAG shareholders. he would love KMAG to fade away before somebody realized he diluted the shares 4 to one so he could take another 75% of the company instead of crediting the $1,739,041 loan
