We are close to having a meeting of the minds.

Now that the sector is not hated there are fewer "no brainer" purchases to be made.

High mining cost companies become more attractive when the price of gold increases.

Once the price of gold makes a hated miner more attractive, you are paying a higher price for shares.

I make my decisions to invest before the crowds do.
